About Alsos Behavioral Health
Who we are, who owns us, and how the Grove Recovery centers came to be.
Who We Are
Alsos Behavioral Health owns and operates the Grove Recovery drug and alcohol treatment centers in Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. The centers were previously operated under the Landmark Recovery name.
Each Grove Recovery center is licensed and operated in its own community and delivers care through its own clinical team, with shared administrative and operational support from Alsos.
Alsos Behavioral Health is not itself a treatment facility. It has no beds and delivers no clinical care directly. Care for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions is delivered at the individual Grove Recovery centers, close to the communities they serve.
Where We Operate
Eight operating Grove Recovery centers, in Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio — each open and admitting. Follow a center's link for its own address, programs, and licensing details.
Golden Grove Recovery (Louisville, KY) — goldengroverecovery.com — is pre-opening.
How Care Is Delivered
Care is delivered at each Grove Recovery center, and each one offers only the levels of care listed for it here. Check the center's own site or call before relying on any single program being available.
Accreditation
Each operating center is accredited by The Joint Commission. Cedar Grove Recovery and Painted Grove Recovery additionally hold ASAM Level of Care certification from CARF International (Levels 3.1 and 3.5). Each credential is held by the individual center — Alsos Behavioral Health makes no organization-wide accreditation claim.
