Who We Are
Alsos Behavioral Health owns and operates the Grove Recovery drug and alcohol treatment centers in Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. The centers were previously operated under the Landmark Recovery name.
Alsos is the Greek word for a grove. Each of our centers carries the name — Cedar Grove, Jasper Grove, Sheridan Grove — because each one is a place of its own, rooted in the community it serves. What they share is the standard: eight of the nine centers are accredited by The Joint Commission, Medicaid is accepted at most of them, and admissions is answered by a person 24 hours a day.
We built these centers for the people other places call too complicated — Medicaid coverage, higher acuity, medical complexity, a history of not being answered. That is who we staff and train for.

Accreditation
Eight of the nine centers are accredited by The Joint Commission; Golden Grove Recovery holds its Kentucky state licence and accreditation there is intended. Cedar Grove Recovery and Painted Grove Recovery additionally hold ASAM Level of Care certification from CARF International (Levels 3.1 and 3.5). Each credential is held by the individual center.
